Educational Officers & Principals of Model Schools in the State (except
West Godavari and Hyderabad Districts) are informed to follow the extended schedule of last date
for online submission of application &

the villages of Mandals utilizing all possible media resources. The Principals
of Model Schools are also directed to take necessary required action urgently.

DISCUSSION WITH STATE OFFICIALS BY ASSOCIATION OF PRINCIPALS OF MODEL SCHOOLS (APMS)
Dear Principals/ Fac's
By discussing with the state officials we
would like to share the following information

1. We have to do door
to door campaign about model school admissions especially about inter admissions.
There may be a chance of rationalization of teaching staff at where there is
less intermediate strength.
2.
In 7, 8, 9th classes we have to show the following
as vacancies
a)
last year not filled seats
b) this year T.C.
issued seats
According to their categories.
3.
There may be 3 days
training progamme for principals
on academic& administration between 15-30th May
4.
During the holidays
relieve only P.D. remaining out sourcing staff will be continued
5.
where there is no
out sourcing staff they can appoint one computer operator during admission
process and remuneration will be paid from school grant.
6.
we can expect hostel
facility for girls after January-2015

All the District Educational Officers in the State (except West
Godavari and Hyderabad Districts) are informed that admissions of the Academic
year 2014 - 15 with Classes VI & Intermediate 1st year with
M.P.C, Bi.P.C., M.E.C. & C.E.C. groups and VII, VIII & IX class (vacant
seats) will take place as per the schedule given below as per the guidelines
contain in G.O.Ms.No.17 Education (SE.Prog.I) Dept., dt: 11.02.2013. Each class
will be having a sanctioned strength of 80 students. For intermediate each
group will be having 20 students. These institutions are co-educational and
follow state syllabi with TELUGU as 1st language up to class X and
as 2nd language in Intermediate course.

applications along with the following enclosures to be received by the
Principal of the Model School concerned till the notified cut of date and an
acknowledgment for each application will be issued by the Principal.

Therefore the All the District Educational Officers in the State
(except West Godavari and Hyderabad) are here by directed to issue necessary
orders to the respective Principals of Model Schools for taking up of the
admission work of their Schools duly providing wide publicity in all the
villages of Mandals.
The Principals of Model Schools may be instructed to be available
in the schools for receiving the applications from the parents during 09.00 AM
to 05.00 PM. All the received applications are to be registered invariably day
wise, reservation category wise and class wise.
As the Model Schools are functioning to provide quality education
free of cost in English Medium in the Educationally Backward Mandals of the
State, wide publicity both in print and electronic media may be provided to
disseminate information to the nook and corner of all the Mandals and reach all
the eligible and interested students.
This has got
the approval of the Commissioner and Director of School Education and
Ex-Officio Project Director, RMSA, Model Schools, A.P., Hyderabad.
