By discussing with the state officials we
would like to share the following information

1. We have to do door
to door campaign about model school admissions especially about inter admissions.
There may be a chance of rationalization of teaching staff at where there is
less intermediate strength.
2.
In 7, 8, 9th classes we have to show the following
as vacancies
a)
last year not filled seats
b) this year T.C.
issued seats
According to their categories.
3.
There may be 3 days
training progamme for principals
on academic& administration between 15-30th May
4.
During the holidays
relieve only P.D. remaining out sourcing staff will be continued
5.
where there is no
out sourcing staff they can appoint one computer operator during admission
process and remuneration will be paid from school grant.
6.
we can expect hostel
facility for girls after January-2015
